Clean and Simple Card Class Day 2
Hey everyone!
Crazy days at work right now. End of semester, report cards, last minute assignments handed in [TONS], a student teacher and preparing for a new semester that starts on Friday [!] it seems like I never have time to create just for fun. Yikes....busy, busy! I am happy to report that every single one of my 15-17 year olds passed my course! Yay...no extra paperwork!
I love the Online Card Classes. I won spots in two previous classes but I actually [gasp] paid for this one. I've already almost paid back half the fee in a discount code so my practical side is breathing easier! It is hard to find time to watch all the videos with all the work on my plate but I did watch 2 of them tonight all the way through.
Today was one layer cards. I didn't really follow the videos [I don't water color and don't like glitter] so I just went with my own one layer card. I used probably my all time favourite stamp from the American Crafts Dear Lizzy line:
Supplies: Card stock [Papertrey Ink}, Stamp [American Crafts, WPlus9, Papertrey Ink], Ink [Memento, Copic, Gelly Roll glitter pen]
I have a thing for Mason jars. I even have a Pinterest board just for Mason Jars!
Happy Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteSuch a fun and sweet card. Love those little hearts. I am in that class, and didn't love the watercolor or splatter either.
